Well, it was not cancelled and it did not exactly happen either. For the first time since I've been down here (15 years) the weather absolutely did not cooperate. Strong winds across the runway, heavy rain and cold; definitely NOT 'Sunny Sarasota'. Yes the P-47 did fly! I showed up long enough to take the two pictures below and then went home to build (joke).

Tom Smith (4th from the right) was the CD.

A few teddy bears were collected. Tom put some effort into the awards.
