Like last year we attempted to keep fliers around till Sunday by putting on a BBQ Saturday evening. I guess the word did not get out because by the time we served up the delicious food most everyone had gone home. But for those that stayed I have to say we sure got our fill. Kenny (can not remember his last name) donated his time and cooker to come an prepare the 30lbs of Boston Butt Pork and 30lbs of cut whole fryers. Bernie’s wife Mona brought a wonderful home made cheese cake that was to die for. Jim Hess slow cooked beans all day. Don Jansen made Potato salad at the field, yes, he made it and I have to tell you this was surely a hit with all. Link and Jon brought a pot of fantastic meat balls. I can not remember everyone but it was quite a spread for the just over 30 people.
