Summer time is here again and that means "Summer Camp" for local children.  We were privileged once again to have the Tabernacle Christian School summer camp as our guests.  These are some of the nicest and most appreciative children we have had the opportunity to introduce to model aviation.  The kids loved the simulator and the turbine jet which sounds loud and goes fast, just what kids like.

Allison Johnson, director of the summer camp, and her associates told us how much the kids were looking forward to being at the SRQ field again this year. 

Thanks to all the SRQ members who gave their time and expertise in making this a fun and educational field trip for the Tabernacle kids.

If you are going on a field trip this definitely the way to get there.

You can almost guess their ages by how close the T shirt hem line is to the ground.
