Meeting Minutes

Meeting was called to order at 7:15 by Commander Paul Jantzen. There were 10 members present.

Paul led the group in the pledge to our flag. Vince read the minutes from the October meeting.

There was a motion to accept by Don Janssen, second by Jim Martin, motion passed.

Treasurer’s report was given by Executive Officer Ed Buchholz. There was a beginning balance of $XXXX and after all income and expenses there is a balance in the treasury to date of $ XXXX. Motion to accept by John Hall, second by Jaime Garrett, motion passed.

Old Business:

A report was given on the swap meet, held last Saturday at the Pole Barn on Palmer Avenue. It was decided that we will again host a Spring swap meet on May 12^th, 2012 at the same location. Also, we will host the Fall Swap Meet on November 3^rd, 2012 at the same location.

Paul reminded the group that our annual Christmas party will be held on December 2^nd at the Serenoa Country Club.

New Business:

Mike Winter announced that he will not be CD for Air Fair 2012. Roger indicated that he will not be available either. So, we are looking for someone to CD that event. Vince will look into the process of becoming a CD for the event.

There was no show and tell and no further business so the meeting was adjourned at 8:15pm.
