Meeting Minutes

November 21, 2007, 2007

Meeting called to order at 7:16pm. There were six members present. Commander John Hall led the group in the pledge to our flag.

Vince read the minutes from the October meeting.

Bernie motioned to accept the minutes, second by John Hall and passed.

The treasurer’s report was given by John. Income from the swap meet was

$XXX, expenses of $XXX, income on unsold food was $XXX, for a swap meet net of

$XXX  That leaves a balance in the treasury of $XXX.

Motion to accept the report by Dave Barry, second by Charlie Pangburn.

Motion passed.

Old Business: Dave gave a report on the raffle plane. It will cost $627 and Dave will assemble it. It will be brought up again at the January meeting.

New Business: Elections: John Hall  for Squadron Commander

                                         Ed Buchholz for Executive Officer

                                         Vince Veltri for Operations Officer

There were no new nominations from the floor and nominations were closed.

The slate was unanimously accepted by proclamation.

Show and Tell: Tom Smith showed an exhaust header redesigned for his new DA-85 with the help of Dave Barry and Charlie Pangburn. It will  be installed in his Skyraider.

Tom Smith gave a report on the upcoming Xmas party. It will be held at Serenoa CC on Friday, November 30^th. Cocktail hour 6 to 7.Dinner at 7pm. There will be the traditional

Scotch Xmas giving.

The 50/50 was won by  Charlie Pangburn.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30.
