Meeting Minutes

June 18^th , 2008

Meeting called to order at 7:10 by Squadron Commander John Hall. There were 9 members present. John led the group in the pledge to the flag. Vince read the minutes from the May meeting. Motion to accept by Nick, second by Roger, motion passed.

Ed Buchholz gave a Treasury report. The balance in the treasury is $XXX no change from the prior month. Motion to accept by Tom Smith, second by Don Janssen, motion passed.

New Business: Tom Smith will schedule the annual Christmas party to be held at the Serenoa Golf and Country Club and will announce the date and time at a future meeting.

Vince made a motion that we make Homer Hudson a life member with no dues. Second by Bill Kimbrell, motion passed.

Old Business: Vince reported that SRQ will allow the squadron to use the field for the swap meet, to be held on November 1, and also for Air Fair 2009, which will be held one week prior to Top Gun.

Vince showed a few slides of from the recent King Orange event.

There being no further business, meeting was adjourned at 7:40.
