Meeting Minutes

February 17^th, 2010

Meeting was called to order at 7:20pm. John led the group in the pledge to our flag. There was no treasury report as the Exec.  Officer was not present.

Mike Winter advised that IMAA returned our check due to the fact that the organization pays the sanction fee to AMA.

Paul will check with the Farm Bureau as to the availability of their facility on Palmer Blvd. for our Spring swap meet. He will report back at the next meeting.

Mike also reported that Air Fair 2010 is ready to go, provided everyone shows up as promised.

Nick Ziroli is trying to get some goodies from Manufacturer’s for the fly in.

There was no new business.

Bill Kimbrell showed a Gator Stik that he is rebuilding.

50/50 was won by Bill Kimbrell.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:20.

It should be noted that these minutes were reconstructed from memory since our fearless leader is still looking for the person who erased the originals.
